These 4" 3-tier Bell Tassels with fancy hitch knot & 1 1/2" loop are very nicely made. Use the drop menu below to choose the color of the top layer. You have a choice of white, brown or black. They are sold as a matching pair (2 tassels).

The tassel is 4" + 1 1/2" for the loop = total length of 5 1/2" .
