Pictured here is a gorgeous mane horsehair mecate is 22 feet long, 3/8" in diameter made with a colored strand blue, 1 pink & blue specks, another blue and complemented with 3 stands of pink - Pattern Pink D-1.

It is also available in 1/2" & 5/8" diameters. Use the drop menu to select 3/8", 1/2" or 5/8".

All the mane horse hair mecates on the website are made with a horse hair core except for the 4 strand mecates which don’t have a core.

The mecates are available in 24 or 22 feet length and in 1/4”, 3/8”, ½” 5/8” and ¾” diameter per request. Turn around time on custom orders is 4-6 weeks.
